Digital inclusion
Accessibility Policy
Effective April 2026
Our Commitment
Six AM Capital Inc. (“Six AM Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring equal access to our website and digital communications for all persons, including persons with disabilities. We believe that accessible design benefits everyone and reflects our broader commitment to inclusion.
This Accessibility Policy applies to our website and any other digital properties operated by Six AM Capital. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of applicable accessibility legislation, including the Accessible Canada Act (S.C. 2019, c. 10) and, to the extent applicable, Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, and conformance helps make the web more usable for everyone.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Keyboard navigability throughout the site
- Clear and consistent page structure using semantic HTML
- Readable font sizes and scalable text
- Avoiding content known to cause seizures or physical reactions
Known Barriers and Ongoing Improvement
We acknowledge that some content on our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are actively working to identify and remediate accessibility barriers on a continuous basis. Where third party tools or content are embedded in our site, we work with those providers to encourage accessible design, though we cannot always guarantee full conformance with third party content.
Six AM Capital reviews its digital properties for accessibility on a periodic basis and incorporates accessibility considerations into all new development and content updates.
